　　1、按照计划购置,保证立即、可用、有效减少物资供应库存积压及产品成本;

　　1、机械设备、车子类技术专业专科本科以上学历,一年有关职位工作经验;

　　2、具有相对的采购知识、专业技能和财务基础知识;

　　项目采购员岗位职责项目采购员

　　1. 参与公司项目小组,确保所有采购的零件按时到位,满足公司项目时间计划;

　　To work with 公司 Project Team, ensuring all bought-in parts are sourced in line with 公司 project plan;

　　2. 根据公司认可供应商清单完成询价、定价、项目定点工作,保证采购件价格竞争力,并满足项目采购材耗比目标;

　　To take the responsibility of quotation collection, price negotiation and project nomination with 公司l approved vendors, ensuring the competence of purchasing price to meet the target material consumption rate for each project;

　　3. 项目阶段采购件管理,跟踪供应商交样状态;保证采购件的及时认可;

　　To track all project schedules, assuring that all new bought-in parts would be released in accordance with project schedule;

　　4. 与供应商质量工程师、项目物流共同管理项目阶段供应商质量、交货问题,及时上报风险;

　　To work with SQE and logistics team on supplier development including quality and logistics issues and reporting the potential risks;

　　5. 新项目采购件的供应商产能、模具寿命管理;

　　Management of supplier capacity and tooling life for公司 new projects;

　　6. 协调供应商与公司项目组其他部门的沟通,保障项目的顺利量产;

　　To lead the communication between suppliers and 公司 project team, ensuring the smooth transfer to SOP for each project.

　　学历及工作经历要求(Preferred Education & Experience)

　　1. 本科以上学历、工程类专业优先

　　Bachelor, engineering degree desired

　　2. 五年以上采购工作经验、有汽车车载电源采购经验优先

　　More than 5 years’ working experience in purchasing, experience as buyer of Automotive On-Board Charger preferred

　　3. 语言能力:普通话 英语

　　Chinese language skills – essential
